Under-Age Gambling

It is absolutely against the law to gamble if you are under the age of 18. Secondly, it is against our own Terms of Use. Casino Del Rio is opposed to gambling by minors, and has taken steps to prevent it.

This logo shows that we make every effort to prevent gaming by those under 18, which is illegal in all jurisdictions and under our Gambling Registration (see also Terms of Use page, Section 3 – Legal Requirements).

Kahnawake Gaming Commission

We are licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, an international gaming licensing and regulatory authority. Their regulations state, in part:
